Batch Create Tasks Pending Status

I’m Batch creating tasks and I want to handle the case where the status of the response is “PENDING”, is there an API call I can make to confirm the batch creation is “COMPLETE”?

Hi @PKolesar

You can use the Engagements API to handle Tasks.

However, the status of the task can only be COMPLETED or NOT_STARTED.
