I am looking for a couple of automations for pinned notes. I’d like to have the ability to pin a note during the import process. If this isn’t possible, is there a workaround?
I would also like to have the ability to remove a pinned note after a certain time period. Some notes only need to be pinned for a certain amount of time. If we pin multiple notes, it is a hassle to unpin each note manually.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately, this doesn’t currently seem to be possible. Pinning a note seems to be a pure UI feature, not an activity property.

As far as removing the pinned status goes, this would require activity-based workflows which aren’t a thing yet, unfortunately.
