I have been trying to get the date range for the Deal Journey Progress Report (located in Reports → Sales → Forecasts & Pipelines → Deal Funnel) to automatically update year to date when I save it into a dashboard. However, it seems to be static to whenever I select the year to date filter. I’m trying to create fully automated dashboards to send to our sales team every week, and this is my only hold up for doing that.
Is there any way to get the date range to update on its own without me needing to change it every week?
The report that you are referencing uses a rolling date range. I believe you are setting to a custom date range from the beginning of the year to the current week. Unfortunately with that functionality that won’t automatically update. If you want to use that particular report you would have to resort to using a rolling date range if you want it to update automatically.
I would also recommend adding this to the ideas forum. I wasn’t able to find anything current ideas specific to this request.
