Automatically Replying to Forms based on contact property

Hello,

I would like to see if HubSpot can automatically send an email to a contact after that contact completes a form. However, I would like HubSpot to send a different email to each contact, depending on the information they provide in the form. Is this possible?

Customers often ask us for test reports for our products. We have several different products, and several different test reports for each product. I would like to create a form that contacts can complete indicating which product and which test the contact needs. Based on the information that the contact enters into the form, I would like HubSpot to automatically send them the report the contact is requesting.

For example, contacts will see a form that has two questions. The first question allows them to select a product: Product 1, Product 2 or Product 3. The second question allows them to select a type of test report: Report A, Report B, or Report C. If a customer completes the form, indicating that they need Report B for Product 1, I would like HubSpot to automatically send the contact and email with this report.

Is this possible?

What HubSpot Subscription Tier do you have - Free, Starter, Pro or Enterprise?

What you are describing can be done with HubSpot’s workflow tool which requires a Pro Subscription.

How many different combination for reports and products are there - 10s or 100s?

How often are contacts requesting more than one report?

How many request are you getting on avg each week/month/year?

Thank you for looking into this. We have the HubSpot Marketing Hub Starter Plan. We have about 30 reports, and we receive about 3 or 4 of these requests each week.
