Hi,
I created a list for all contacts a while ago, but was wondering if there is a way to automatically send all new contacts there? Or if there is a way to check if I already did?
Thanks,
Samantha Liggieri
Hi,
I created a list for all contacts a while ago, but was wondering if there is a way to automatically send all new contacts there? Or if there is a way to check if I already did?
Thanks,
Samantha Liggieri
Also, i made a new contact list following this guide: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/lists/how-can-i-create-a-list-of-all-my-hubspot-contacts
And next to the list it says the list has 6,442 contacts but on estimated recipients its comesup 4,100 out of 4,646. Why does one say the total is 6442, while the other says 4,646. I get the 4,100 part because it weeds out people who unsubscribe.
Any help?
Thank you
Hi @Liggieri,
HubSpot automatically excludes certain contacts from your emails:
You can check how many of these you have by creating lists and filtering for “Email hard bounce reason is known”, “Unsubscribed from all email is True”, “Marketing contact status is Marketing contact” etc.
Depending on your subscription, you might also be hitting an email sending limit in your portal. You can check your service limits by following these steps: Manage your HubSpot subscription
Hope this helps!
