Automatic update becoming a problem

I will be in the process of updating things - and suddenly the entire page reloads. Sure it keeps me where I’m at, but I keep thinking I’m doing something wrong, or I clicked something unintended. Also when I just have it open, and it reloads, I think there’s something wrong with it.

Example here: I am inputting SKUs to our products. Almost every time I change the page, it reloads it at least three times while I’m in it, before I go to a new page. Yes, there is a bar at the bottom that says the item has been updated, but HubSpot will update THE ENTIRE PAGE.

Is there a way to either turn that off completely, or to time it out further so it only happens every hour or so? Or perhaps there is a banner or a widget I can access that will allow me to see that there has been an update, rather than me panicking?

Can you specify what you are doing and where, maybe include a screenshot.

Your question is logged under “Customer Feedback Tool”, your query is mentioning products and SKUs, so I assume you are working in the product library overview?

Also, when you say “every time I change the page” - what exactly do you mean by that?
