Is it possible to automate a list export to an external email address on a schedule?

HubSpot doesn’t have a feature to send or export a list on a recurring basis. You could use a third-party tool here, such as Zapier, to send new contacts in a HubSpot list into a Google Sheet, for example.
Alternatively, HubSpot lets you send reports on a recurring basis. If you create a custom report of contacts in your list, you could have that report sent to you each week.

It gave me a new direction to consider but the reports only have “and” logic and what I need to create needs both “and” and “or”. I do not think I will be able to make it work. Thank you for getting back to me

If we’re talking about a list of contacts, you can simply filter your report by List membership. It’s unnessarily complicated but allows you to incorporate the OR operator.

Thank you for the responses with this. I have another question for you. I provided a form to a third party company that is running landing pages using content syndication. They are sending us leads but the asset the leads are consuming is not coming through for my bdr team to see. I cannot figure out what type of contact property to add to the form where the asset name will come through. There are large number of assets the lead could consume to come through to us. How do I get the asset name to show in the contact property and then ensure the correct asset name comes through upon form submission?
