I’d love a feature that automatically deletes or completes tasks created in workflows if a deal no longer meets the initial requirements after changes occur. This would keep our task list relevant and up-to-date without manual intervention.

I understand the idea behind keeping our task list relevant and up-to-date without manual intervention. However, I have some concerns about automatically deleting or completing tasks if a deal no longer meets the initial requirements:
1. This could lead to important tasks being prematurely removed or completed, causing us to miss critical actions.
2. The complexity of establishing clear criteria might result in unpredictable behavior.
3. Automated systems might lack the context needed to make the right decisions.
4. Manual intervention ensures accountability and tracks the reasons behind changes.
5. It reduces flexibility to adapt to unique situations.
Maybe a semi-automated approach where the system flags tasks for review could be a better solution, allowing us to retain control while staying updated.
