What are the limits for attachments in deals, contacts and companies (number, size) in the free CRM?

  • Each record can have up to 10,000 engagements of any kind. Attachments, notes, meetings, call notes are all types of engagements. So if we have 5000 attachments and 5000 notes on a deal record, we would hit the limit.
  • The file size limit for each attachment would depend on the type of file; but documents like pdf, pptx, csv, docx, or xlsx have a size limit of 250 MB**.**

  1. In terms of number, there is not such limit. You can add the number of attachments as you like.
  2. Secondly, in terms of size. As such there is not limit but it is suggested to use the files lesser than 1GB as it takes lesser time to load.
