Attach downloadable PDF to Form

I want to attach a downloadable PDF into a form. The idea is that when someone fills out the form, the PDF gets downloaded.

I have tried to add it in the thank you message part, as an external link. Chat support told me I would need to add the PDF first to Files and Templates, but I can’t find that section either. They tried to solve my issue but it failed, therefore they told me to post in this forum.

To sum up what I need: a PDF to download when filling out a form.

I don’t know why it has been removed from the navigation but you can access it via this link:

Simply replace the number at the end with your own portal ID.

Once you have uploaded your file there, you can add the link on your thank you page after submitting the form.
