It would be great to leverage Project associations to Deals. This would allow for a micro view of tasks associated with specific deal types.

Within a Project’s details, you could add a link pointing to the specific deal record.
FYI individual tasks created within HubSpot can be directly associated with deal records, which might help provide that micro view you’re seeking for tasks related to deals
