I am trying to substitute our website forms to the Hubspot forms, however, we have quote forms. So I would like to know if there is a way of assign forms to our salespersons? Also, is it possible to use deal properties instead of contact properties on the forms?
We have the sales professional and marketing professional.

When a contact submits a form, you can use a hidden field to set the contact owner or, if there is more than one salesperson, you can use a workflow to rotate leads or enact lead assignment rules.
It is not possible to put deal properties directly in a form but in workflows is it increasingly possible to use form submission date to create deals with the same information.
