Submitting on behalf of customer. Looking to be able to customize how ARR is calculated. Currently it is a reflection of the TCV, but we’re specifically looking to be able to set ARR to be defined as MRR*12.
Current workaround is to create a customized calculation field, but the default HubSpot property ARR cannot be updated.
