As part of an accessibility project (making an existing site compliant), we need to add aria tags in some of the content areas. How is this done?

If I’m not completly off default modules don’t include aria-labels (haven’t looked into the code of defaults for a long time) so my personal approach is to write custom modules and include specific aria-label inputs like
<a href="#" type="button" aria-labelledby="{{ module.aria_label }}" target="">{{ module.button_label }}</a>
Or automate it to something like
<a href="#" type="button" aria-labelledby="{{ module.button_label }}" target="">{{ module.button_label }}</a>
