Unfortunately HubSpot does not have an integration with Apple Mail, only Gmail, Office 365, and Outlook desktop.

This is unfortunate. It will also be unfortunate when HubSpot’s competitor offer this integration and people start bailing out of HubSpot. I’m ready, You?
It’s also unfortunate that HubSpot hasn’t thought to do their own stand-alone mail client that would have all the Hubspot tracking/logging built in.

If one were to use the outlook app on iOS (or android) would there be a way to get logging and tracking enabled?
@ShoDeJongh while there isn’t an integration as @karstenkoehler pointed out, you can log email in your CRM with the BCC or forwarding address. Not the best solution, but a solution nonetheless. Cheers!

I’d also need this, any plans for this in your Roadmap? Anyone with a Mac would find this useful.
@MatsBryntse I don’t see any information on HubSpot’s plan for this, but here’s an ideas post you can upvote and comment on. HubSpot product managers do monitor ideas.
Glaring ommission in my opinion. If you do a quick google you will see that the install base globally for OSX desktops and laptops is 15%, with Windows at 72%. Sure, OSX users may or may not be using Mail but still…

There is no HubSpot integration with Apple Mail. However, a third-party app called Threads supports integration between Apple Mail and HubSpot.

do you know if there is a cheaper alternative to the Threads app? the monthly cost (ÂŁ60) is more than double our monthly HubSpot subscription so not such a good option. We simply want to integrate emails for one of our 4 users with their Apple Mail to match our 3 users with Outlook.
Is there a a piug in on the apple mail clients side?

The two accepted solutions outline the only means by which you can record email activity through Apple Mail.

I would venture to say Hubspot will never integrate with Mac Mail because Apple has blocked the Hubspot email tracking systems for personnel security.
