I’m trying the webhook integration of hubspot. I did everything according to documentation and I get events for contact by default as it says.
Then I tried adding ticket into the subscription. Did following steps.
- Gave app `tickets` permission under Standard category
- Went to webhooks and create a subscriptoin for ticket events.
Then I tried creating a ticket but webhook doesn’t get triggered. When I tried the test functionality of the event manually application get called so it seems acual event in the application doesn’t trigger the webhook. What am I missing here.
