I think 1 and 2 are real, albeit I have my doubts on 2. The 3rd picture shows the balloon on the ground, I think that is a huge taboo for these (native New Yorker here) as it is far to easy to damage/destroy the balloons when inflated…and those leaves on the ground would point to a much smaller balloon than in 1 and 2.
