Hi, I have a problem with a form, it works perfectly everywhere except for android mobile devices, could you help me? Is there any specific option I can set?
Hi @AliceM ,
If your form isn’t displaying correctly on Android mobile devices, here are a few suggestions to help resolve the issue:
- Please ensure notifications are enabled for the HubSpot app. You can check this by navigating to your device’s settings, selecting Apps > HubSpot > Notifications, and confirming they are toggled on.
- Double-check that the embed code is implemented correctly on your website. If needed, consult with your website host to rule out any errors.
- Some forms rely on JavaScript to function. Please confirm that JavaScript is enabled in the browser on your Android device.
- There might be conflicts with scripts, such as OneTrust’s OtAutoBlock.js. Consider allowlisting HubSpot’s form scripts or consulting with a developer to resolve this.
- If you have extensions like Ghostery or Privacy Badger, they might block the form from loading. Please try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
- It might help to try the form on another browser or a different network to identify any browser- or network-specific issues.
- Within the HubSpot app, you can access the troubleshooting tool to check app registration and resolve potential issues.

Hi Alice,
Your form might be running into some issues with Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) on Android devices. AMP simplifies code for faster loading, but sometimes it can mess things up. You could try disabling AMP to see if that fixes the problem
Check out the below Hubspot article on how to do so
Cheers,
