Im building a website using Martech theme, how can i add an anchor link in it?
Anchor links can be added in richtext fields by clicking “insert” and “anchor link”. See here

Trust you are doing great.
I have checked your requirement. On Page level you can use the below options to add the links on the text.
1) Select any text on which you want to add the link
2) Then click on Insert link option. Below is the screenshot for your reference
3) Then add the URL that you want to add.
