We have added post narration to our blog posts. I would love to see analytics associated with this new feature. If someone listens to the narration, how will I know
Additionally - because the post narration is near the top of the page, if someone visits a blog and listens instead of scrolling to read, I’d like to know how it affects text readership.
Hope this is on the roadmap!! The narration tool is super high-quality. But we need to know whether we should spend time using it based on perceived value to readers.
Agreed. Please raise this on priority levels as we’ve been mentioning it as an enhancement to our own blog content and would like to understand the lift to our campaign efforts.
Totally agree! I need to know if people are opting to listen rather than read as that will inform future content decisions. I think blog narration is a great step forward - we just need analytics to accompany it!
The “post narration” feature is a promising step toward integrating new AI tools into the daily workflow of content creators. However, there is still room for improvement. In addition to the previously mentioned analytics and reports, I would appreciate the option for a library where specific words and their pronunciation can be stored. The quality varies greatly, especially with individual brand names. The biggest issue is the inconsistency in pronunciation within a single text, as well as the changes that occur each time a text is generated or regenerated.
Would love for HubSpot to add native analytics for blog post narration audio files, including clicks to listen, total listens, listen rate by post, and audio engagement reporting in blog performance and custom reports. Right now post narration audio appears to be treated like a file, which makes it difficult to measure whether visitors are using the feature.
