Hi all,
I’ve created a list of unengaged contacts.
Now, I want to see what campaigns they last engaged with. I’m not sure how to do this. Does anyone know if it’s possible and how to go about doing it?
Thanks!

Hey @ÁCourtney when you say “campaigns” do you mean HubSpot campaigns, or are you looking for the specific email they last enaged with? There are a few properties you can use to see both of these.
For example there is a default property called “Last touch converting campaign”. Showing this is your list will display the last HubSpot campaign that had an asset that reached the user.
If you’re referring specifically to marketing emails, you can then use the “last marketing email…” properties. There’s a few here, you can view the name, date, open, reply and more! If you’re just looking for the title of the email you can use “last marketing email name”.
In general, if you’re looking for a specific engagement point searching for “last” under the contact properties gives you a lot of options for default properties that auto-populate based on a contacts engagement.
Hope this helps!
Thanks so much for getting back to me Tom. This definitely sounds like what I was looking for. Will test it out and see!
Happy to help! ![]()
Hi Tom, I was able to take a proper look at it this morning.
In the list, I was able to view the Last Touch Campaign and last clicked email by selecting ‘Actions’ and ‘Edit columns’.
The last marketing email is not particularly 100% what I want, because it’s showing me the last email they were sent rather than the last email they engaged with. I can see the last date the opened an email, which could be weeks before the last email sent to them but I can’t see the name of the email they last engaged with. Any ideas on how to get more information about the email?
Hey @ÁCourtney I can’t see anything specifically for email to show only the last email conversion within the columns. The only way I can think of going forward to try display this would be to use campaigns for your email sends, associating each email with it’s own campaign, you could then use the “last touch campaign” property to analyse which campaign they last had engagement with!
