Amend associations with workflows

I would need to add and remove associations between objects (custom or native) with workflows. E.g. remove company association from deal IF
- Pipeline = XYZ
- Company domain = mycompany.com

or

remove contact association from custom object IF
- custom object is in pipeline XYZ
- contact email contains “mycompany.com”
