I can’t find the CC feature, and I need the video to be subtitled for proper understanding.

I couldn’t find the CC feature for it.

I need them to be subtitled for proper understanding, please.

@Oluwole_Naomi there doesn’t seem to be a transcript option in real-time for the video, but you can find the entire transcript here:

Hi @Oluwole_Naomi, In HubSpot Academy lessons the subtitle option is in the video player itself. Play the video and look in the lower right corner for the CC or settings icon, then pick a language. Move your mouse over the video if you don’t see it.

Captions vary by lesson, so if there’s no CC icon, that video may not have any. Try another lesson to compare, and report it to HubSpot Academy support so they can add them.
