our company currency is GBP but we also sell in EURO. At the moment we have to add each Euro price manually. We have a lot of different prices. This takes ages and currency rate fluctuates. I would like the conversion rate we have put into the currency settings to be used to auto fill our Euro price from the GBP price in each line item in our product libruary.
As part of this suggestion, can we not simply support the alternative currencies functionality across custom properties regardless of which objects they are created with (i.e. custom objects, or contact / ticket / company, etc.) as opposed to just deals that support alternative currencies today. In this manner, calculated fields could also make use of the exchange rate table if simply showing a value in a altnernative currency, and non-calculated custom properties could support data entry in multiple currencies.
Need to support alternative currency on data entry in our scenario where we are recording part costs from our suppliers for service tickets in USD, while would like to have a calculated value in CDN currency in a separate custom property.
