I accidentally archived a signed quote from a client and can’t undo it. There should be a safeguard or just a lock option for all signed quotes. Luckily I had the quote saved as file so I just uploaded it as an attachment and left a pinned note on the deal but this is definitely not ideal.
I reached out to support, and they had no way of undoing this. They recommended I create a new quote altogether but that’s a really bad look to send a client a quote to sign twice becauase of an admin mistake. There needs to be an option to unarchive a quote.
