Currently, when using the “Edit record” action in a contact-based workflow to update a property on an associated object (e.g., a company), only “Replace” is available as the change type for multi-select/checkbox properties. The “Append” option only appears when editing the same object type as the enrolled record. This is a significant limitation for teams running ABM or complex CRM automation, where it’s common to need to append values to a company property from a contact-based workflow. Request: Make “Append” available regardless of the base object type when editing associated records via the Edit record action.
