Is there a possibility to see the tasks of other colleagues for this person? I’m a super admin and I can’t see other people’s tasks. So I can see who isn’t keeping track of their tasks, for example?

Hi @ShannaVKE,
As a super admin you should be able to see everyone’s tasks. Can you confirm that you’re not looking at a filtered view?
For non-super-admin users, task access is determined by their permissions: Manage user permissions

Thanks for the quick reply, super stupid, I was looking at my collegaues taks tab, but not in the CRM-taks. Thanks!
