We have 200 records in the deal CRM and we filter this via custom property; “carrier”. The issue is that for some carriers, it returns null when it should return at least a record. Is the advanced filter or search bar case sensitive? Some of our carriers do have spaces. Is there an option in Hubspot to link properties and objects or objects to objects.

Can you provide a bit more detail, please? Which search query exactly are you typing in? For the contacts that you’re expecting to show up, have you check the exact spelling of the value on the deal record?
The more details you share, the better I’ll be able to help. Currently, there is not a lot to go by. If you could share a screenshot of your filter criteria and the value of a deal that you’re expecting to display but which doesn’t, that would be helpful.

So the main issue you should take a look at is the values of the custom property “Carrier”, and check out that everything is spelled correctly (even a dropdown select option would be recommended)
