Can we add tags to outbound Calls to track things like “gathered email”

Hello @XAiEstimation, this may not be possible within HubSpot right now, although that may change soon. You can only add tags to deals within HubSpot right now, and not to outbound calls.
However, there are third-party apps (Some of my clients use Aircall) that can help you achieve that goal. You only have to integrate Aircall into your HubSpot and have all the setup done. Once you tag a call from Aircall, the call will be logged into HubSpot as a contact alongside every information (including tags) of that call.
