Adding Purchase Orders to internal Workflow Emails

Hi all,

I’m just getting started in Hubspot and I want to know whether I can set up a workflow that will send the Purchase Order attachment to an internal email (fulfillment, finance) when the Deal is Closed Won.

Hi @EricBurley,

If it’s an actual attachmend on the deal record, then no, as far as I know, this is not possible. Internal email notifications in HubSpot workflows don’t support file attachments.

If you’re storing this purchase order PDF in a property with the field type “file” on the deal object, then you should be able to use this property value in an internal email notification in a deal-based workflow, yes. I haven’t tested this but would expect it to work.
