Adding Multiple Contact Owners for Mailing

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to add multiple contact owners that can be later differentiated when sending out Emails?

I created two Lists Group A and Group B for two different Fairs that they will be invited to. Some of the contacts in Group A also appear in Group B, but have a different contact owner than what they had in Group A.

For example:

JR Diamondstein Group A goes to Fair XY - Mike Vornle is his contact owner

JR Diamondstein Group B goes to Fair AB - for this Fair his contact owner is Jason Bisner (but Mike Vornle should also stay since he was his owner in Group A)

When sending out emails under Email Settings for “From name” and “From address” I need HubSpot to be able to pick the right contact owner for each contact.

I hope this is clear, not sure how to explain it in a message.

Hi @MelisaAganovic,

Yes, this is possible – just as any other custom property, you can also create additional HubSpot user properties:

Once created, you should be able to maintain the same way that you maintain the main Contact owner properties. It should then also appear in the dropdown of the email Settings tab as a From address.
