Adding email personalization "Deal Information" property type

When I select personalizae, the other property groups to choose from are contact, company, office, and subscription.

I want to add personalization to an email by using a deal information property. How can I do this?

Hi @libmd,

Deal personalization tokens are only available in automated emails and are only supported in deal-based workflows. (They won’t show up at all in regular emails. In automated emails you will see the note below.)

This makes sense when you consider that contacts can be associated with multiple deals (or tickets, quotes or customs objects) – and HubSpot wouldn’t know which one to pick.
