How can hubspot automatically add the company name to a contact based on their email address?

In any paid subscription, HubSpot offers enrichment: Enrich your contact and company data
In free subscriptions, you should see the name of the associated company populate automatically, as this is the default:
For that to work smoothly, auto creation of company records should be enabled. Automatically create and associate companies with contacts
