I think it would be great if there were a text box on the quote where the client can type the Purchase Order number that they wish to use for that quote.
This will allow us to capture all account info in one go and also a signed PO number.
Definitely support this suggestion!
Currently missing from hub spot quotations which is why we use another competitor DocuSign app for this.
We could then include other fields for client-requested information like an account’s email, billing details, etc.
Also including an option to attach documents (like a Purchase order) would be great as well!

Totally agree with CHofmann. We really need to collect billing contact info and a PO reference before we can invoice. This would be the most logical place to collect that info

- Purchase Order #
- Buyer Tax ID #
- Buyer Company Name and Address
- Billing Contact
- Billing Address
- Billing Company
