Adding a link to our Data Privacy web page

Hello all,

Currently we have activated the “Unsubscribe link” option for one-to-one emails that are sent from the CRM tool. In addition to this we would also like to add a second link to that is included in every one-to-one email sent. This link would basically redirect customers to our Data Privcacy web page.

What would be the best approach for this?

Can we further edit the Unsubscribe link? Our portal is connected to our Outlook account so signatures are being pulled from the ones we have in Outlook so we are not really using the signature settings that Hubspot provides. Could we maybe just add the link there? I just dont know if both signatures (Outlook and Hubspot) would be included in emails sent from the CRM.

Any advice or tips are highly appreciated!

As far as I know, there is no dedicated setting for this. You would have to include the data privacy link through signatures: Add and manage email signatures in the CRM

You can apply signatures to users in bulk via presets: Manage user preferences with presets
