Can I add a filter of “added to list” date?

Hi @Ktamir,

No, at least I’m not aware of it. HubSpot recently added a feature that lets you add a column in the list tool which shows you when a contact was added to a list – but it’s not available as a list filter.

If you want to be able to filter for the date when a contact was added to a list, you would have to create a workflow which enrolls by membership in this list and then sets the value of a date property to the date of the step. (This will only work starting with the day you set the workflow live, not retroactively.)

@Ktamir What is your list criteria? there may be other properties that could notate what you’re looking for.

Thanks but we found another way to overcome this.

Would you mind sharing, if it’s something other than what @karstenkoehler suggested? I like his suggestion, but I’m looking to export this data in a list and need it to be retroactive, not starting today and going forward. Thank you.
