Currently when creating tasks you can add notes in to outline what is required of the task however this feature is not available when bulk assigning. As a manager, this is super important.
Can we please add in this field to the bulk task assign screen?
I do agree, having option to bulk other tasks’ fields would be amazing.
Currently only task title, type, priority, asignee, due date & reminder, queue can be bulk updated.
It would be great if we can bulk update notes too
Use case:
New process change needs to be reflected in the Notes for already generated tasks
Impact:
Prevents errors from the wrong process being followed and saves CRM admin time from manually updating each task 1 by 1
