Add international code drop down for mobile number

On our forms we gather both phone and mobile phone numbers.

When we add the standard phone field we have an option to show the country drop down as part of the phone number.

But that option is not available for standard mobile phone.

Is this an oversight? Or is there any way to get that enabled for mobile phone field?

I’ve attached screenshots of both fields for comparison.

Showing the country code dropdown menu should be available for all data properties with the field type of “phone number”
