Currently, the filter logic of ‘does start with’ exists and can be used in creating lists. It would be great if ‘does not start with’ logic could also be added.
I could really do with a “Doesn’t start with” filter too. I have workflows based on postcodes and need to exclude some, but all i can do is “doesn’t not contain” instead of “doesn’t start with”. So it’s only half-automated due to the filter missing. Need to go in and change contact records manually if they fall through that filter.
We have the same exact use case as @SMros. Does not start with specific postal codes.

I have tried using the “does not include” with the symbol “*” that we use and works fine in filters but it does not work neither as a workflow criteria so it is a big double issue!
