We use dynamic pop-up forms for HubSpot across our site. Some of these are form-based, but others are click-based. It would be great to see in the reporting of HubSpot pop-ups forms, how many clicks a pop-up got and the CTR.

Yes! This is a neccessary feature for pop ups. We have several pop ups where we are pointing people to other content they may be interested. Its just a click so knowing what the CTR for that type of pop up with be great!
