I like being able to exchange comments with my team when creating new landing pages and webpages, but it’d be even better if we could add comments at the module level for more targeted conversations and feedback. As soon as you’re working on a page with 3+ modules, it becomes really cumbersome to have to type out which module your feedback applies to.
Heya! Copywriter/member of an inbound marketing team, here. I’m helping my team figure out ways to use HubSpot’s AI tools (and other cool/recently-released features, like the Approvals process). In doing that, we’re realizing that it’d pay off to shift some of our content collaboration processes from Google Docs, where they currently live, to HubSpot CMS.
One of the main things standing in our way is the lack of specific commenting within, say, a drafted blog post. As far as I’m aware, we can only leave comments at the blog level instead of being able to select a sentence and leave a comment on that. We’re brainstorming workarounds to see if we can work without needing granular commenting, BUT, if we cooouuuuulllllldddd have more itemized commenting abilities, it’d def help us collaborate more effectively within HubSpot…
