When we create a new task on a deal, we have to give a name to it.
Would it be possible, instead of having a text field, to have a drop-down menu with tasks names that we would set up previously?

I second this- salesforce has this feature and it would save alot of time and also automate the same task options for everyone.
Super time saver and allows for standard processess. We NEED this! Was a great feature of Zoho. Tick, tick, tick done.. .move on. No typing, non-standard task names/ types
Upvoted needed for sure most task we repeat but they are too dynamic to create automations for each one a drop down would be very useful
It seems like a rather easy feature to add and makes 100% sense. Issue is I have just seen this thread and it dates back to 2023-24. I don’t think things move quickly on something that I can add to my own website.
