Hi, is anyone experiencing this ad tracking error? It seems that within the same Meta campaign (with HubSpot connected to the Meta app), some creatives are working fine, while others, using the same setup, are showing an “invalid cropping size” error.

I did some digging into this error and found the following Knowledge Base, which says the following:
To resolve this, crop the image in an external image editor or select a different cropping option for the ad in your Facebook ad account:
In your Facebook Ads account, navigate to your Facebook Ads manager.
Locate the campaign of the ad with the tracking error, then click Edit.
Click the specific ad with the crop size error.
In the Ad creative section of the editor, click Edit > Edit media.
In the dialog box, select a new cropping option.
