Hi @MeganLegge - whilst I haven’t specifically tried it yet, the new call workflows looks great. We have a need for this same functionality for meetings, and not just meetings created via HubSpot meetings - we need this for all meeting activities in HS, regardless of the source. Is this something in the roadmap?

Hi @MeganLegge, thank you for the update! The task-based and call-based workflows work well and I’m glad to see HubSpot working on this expanded functionality. Meeting-based workflows would be SO helpful for our team as most of our logged activities are Meetings, not Calls. I would love to automate Call and Meeting Type and Call Outcome. As others have asked, it would helpful to know if that’s on the roadmap.

The possiblity of using meetings the same way as calls to trigger workflows would be really handy. I’m facing a problem where I need to send meeting notes to a slack channel when they’re updated, but can only do this from the contact record (in conjunction with a list and reenrollment settings) but the problem is it sends the note one time for each contact associated to the meeting. So if the meeting has 3 contacts, the slack channel gets the same message three times.
I need to be able to trigger workflows from meetings directly.
Workflows should be able to trigger from ALL activity types.
Currently you can create workfows from calls created or tasks created, but not from SMS and other activity types.
