Hi,
In https://willistowerswatsonupdate.es/, i have implemented a form. When I acceded from my office, the form appear empty. If I open the web from out of my office, the form load correctly.
I have seen that when form is empty, y obtain the message “Access denied” for url https://forms.hsforms.com/.
What is the problem?
Regards
Hi, @JavierR.
How long have you experienced this issue? Can you provide any additional information, like a reference number from the console error?
403 errors usually indicate a temporary blocks from our application firewall. These can be caused by a large number of requests from the same IP address, which likely explains why you see them on your work network.
Old though this may be, I’m actually in the same boat here. Our Web Team routinely (daily) runs audits on our forms in order to ensure proper performance and just overall Q/A. Not all the same forms daily, we have about 120 communities, so they test say 10 a day.
Recently while testing they got this same 404 error. They were able to refresh and see the page correctly with the form displayed correctly, however, is this something that’s possible to happen to one of our end users/clients? Sounds unlikely, but just double checking.
Secondly, is there any work-around, or is there a plan to possible increase the limit on # of requests per IP? Something like allowlisting so it would know, “Hey, these are webmasters testing a clients forms, not spam traffic, they’re cool to let in da club!”
Wishful thinking, lol
