Is there any way to create a sheet that can edit anytime in each CONTACT?
We are a new setup clinic and using Hutspot to manage and record medical report
please help me!

HubSpot does not have a native feature that would create and link a file for each contact record. However, there are integrations which can achieve this, such as CloudFiles: CloudFiles For HubSpot - Full-stack Documents Tool
There are potentially various workarounds within HubSpot, depending on what exactly your requirements for medical reports are (file type, the ability to edit the file, how it should be displayed in HubSpot). If CloudFiles is not an option, please elaborate and share more context.

Medical records seem to fall in this category.
It doesn’t seem to be explicitly mentioned in the acceptable use policy at the moment (Acceptable Use Policy). Before you build a larger process however I’d recommend checking with HubSpot support if you’re in violation of the AUP.

The best way to manage your records in HubSpot is to create properties in this case you can create a custom property example “medical report” and manage your data according to your preferences.

This would require the CRM development tools and the help of a developer. The tools are available in Sales and Service Hub Enterprise, see here: Understanding the CRM APIs - HubSpot docs
It looks like you’re on a Professional subscription which would not be enough to access this.
