Hello, The “Ability to view email opens sorted by date” refers to a feature in email marketing and tracking tools. This function allows users to see when recipients opened their emails and sort these open events chronologically. It helps email marketers assess the effectiveness of their campaigns and tailor follow-up actions based on the timing of engagement, contributing to more targeted and timely communication.
This is not possible, no. (And I believe @UsmanMushtaq12’s reply comes from generative AI but I’m open to be proven wrong.)
As far as workarounds go, you could create a filtered view under Menu > Contacts > Contacts for contacts where Last marketing email name is an email you’re interested in and then also include the column Last marketing email open date. While HubSpot doesn’t display the time, it still sorts by time.
The obvious downside of this approach is that the view becomes muddled once your contacts interact with another marketing email.
In any case, keep in mind that:
Emails are often pre-loaded by email clients which can make it look like an open
Contacts often sort through their inbox and open emails without paying attention
Apple has been camouflaging email opens since iOS15
In other words: I wouldn’t put too much weight on email opens at all anymore. It’s a mildly interesting data point but not reliable.
