The Documents tool (found under Sales > Documents) would be significantly improved by adding more robust sorting and filtering capabilities. This enhancement would make it easier to locate documents that require follow-up action. Additionally, the ability to create and save custom “Documents Views” is highly desirable.
Hi All! I’m a Product Manager here at HubSpot and my team owns the Sales Documents tool.
I’d love to learn more about the specific signals that would help identify documents that require follow-up action. Today, the table allows you to sort on Name, Owner, and Last Updated. Would it be helpful to filter/sort by Links Created and Views as well? Is there a need to surface new columns as well?
