It would be nice to be able to select multiple controlling property values at once when creating conditional form logic.
For example: IF Property A is equal to X, Y OR Z, THEN show properties B, C and D.
As it stands right now, if you have multiple controlling property values that have the same dependent properties, you just have to go one-by-one selecting the same things.
Agreed - it would also be nice if you could have 2 different properties be required with your controlling property criteria.
For example, we have a bucketing property that we use across multiple pipelines - but our conditional crtieria doesn’t need to be on each pipeline, just one. So if we could say “if pipeline is X AND property A = Y, then make this property visible” that way it only shows up on one pipeline and not all the others.
We have the same need here as Alayna mentions:
IF pipeline stage = X and property Y = A, B, C and D then show property Z (as mandatory to fill in). Today we struggle with this and do a lot of manual updating. See image.
@Kristiina Completely agree! This would solve so many issues for my team. It’s frustrating how often I need to explain to management that this capability is not available.
Hey Hubspot,
Any news on this possibility to have multi-conditional properties?
Would be such a time-saver and I guess development is limited as you already allow one conditional property.
Thanks
+1 here. We absolutely need this functionality - we need to be able to implement certain properties to be mandatory to close a deal as won, and not have to make them a required field in general to achieve this outcome
For example
If property X = A, then property Y is mandatory to close deal as won
If property X = B, then property Y is not mandatory to close deal as won
+1, this is a big hindrance and also impacts data quality pretty significantly. Forces unstructured data and having to compromise in how we construct logic in HubSpot
