Currently, once an email signature is created it cannot be fully deleted. The only workaround is to leave the signature blank and save it as the default. While this prevents a signature from appearing in emails, it still forces users to keep at least one signature saved in the system.
It would be helpful to allow users to completely delete email signatures, including the default one, so that accounts can operate without any stored signatures when desired.
It’s currently overlapping with our current in-house automatic signatures. So by having an “blank” default, the entire signature is blank.
This messes up our branding as we can’t get the HS default to match our internal one.
